Made from durable 85A polyurethane, these inserts help with several issues related to the Jukes LACK of full subframe bushings.
For those of you that are un-aware:
the rear subframe mount has a ~1/2" thick rubber bushing attaching the subframe to the chassis mounting bolt. That is it.
The front subframe mount has a ~1/2 thick rubber bushing on the top, similar to the rear mount, and a rubber coated metal insert that goes in the bottom of the mount. This rubber coated insert is so soft, that in most cases after some hard cornering it deforms and ends up off-centering like this:

This lack of proper bushing material was intended to make the ride more comfortable and reduce shock to the chassis/driver when going over hard bumps. Unfortunately it is not enough bushing to prevent mis-alignment after hard bumps and can cause subframe shifting under hard acceleration and cornering.
These inserts solve these problems!
These are 3d printed in our new 3d manufacturing department! We have done several months of testing on these to guarantee they exceed our old 80A inserts! It takes 20 hours to print a full set!
These inserts slide effortlessly into the mounts in a matter of minutes.
They prevent subframe shifting without the harshness of a full aluminum or steel mount.
Comes with:
