The FastReligion Big Turbo Kit has been in development for over 4 years!
After experimenting with almost a dozen turbocharger set ups we have finally found a match!
Can be installed in a day.
Works with any replacement intercooler.
Re-uses your existing turbo manifold.
Street designed, track tested.
Every kit is hand made, and test fitted on a car before being sent out.
Makes power and torque all the way to redline. Something the oem and upgraded turbos cannot do after a certain point.
Want to big turbo your V2 MR16DDT? Delete the EGR and OEM Wastegate Actuator and this will bolt right up! (Requires ECUtek tune to run properly with oem actuator removed. Uprev available soon). V2 Engines also require a mechanical style blow off valve to be welded onto the intercooler piping AFTER the turbocharger, this will require an upgraded front mount to be used. V1 OEM turbo manifold required as well.
We have found camshaft flow limits wheel horsepower to around 330 (depending on dyno).
VF48 turbo makes full boost around 3200 rpm (with proper ECU tuning)
16g turbo makes full boost around 4600 rpm (with proper ECU tuning)
18g turbo makes full boost around 4800 rpm (with proper ECU tuning)
Dominator 1.5XT-R turbo makes full boost around 4600 rpm (with proper tuning)

Suggested parts that can be purchased separately but are NOT REQUIRED:
Upgraded Diverter Valve (Oem unit will leak around 16-18psi)
Upgraded Clutch/Flywheel (Oem unit starts to slip near 290hp)
Upgraded Intercooler (Oem unit tends to heat soak VERY quickly)
Upgraded Cat-Back Exhaust (OEM unit will not flow enough air)
Upgraded Rods/Pistons (Oem internals are not reliable over 300hp)
Upgraded Valve Springs (Allows higher revs which means more usable power)
NEW OEM Turbo Manifold (OEM studs can break off during oem turbocharger removal)
Boost Gauge (to monitor the functionality of the turbocharger system)
ECU Re-Tune (Uprev or ECUtek)
Removal of Metal Cowl (after several years of testing Jukes with no cowl, not one issue related to the removal has been found)
